Hi PA-Lee, IPC LF Listservers,

>Is there a standard / specification for converting a SnPb plated

NO

Different companies based upon end use conditions; as well as, reliability
based on money ($) will choose different replacement finishes.

Brignt Sn on Cu finishes might be OK for certain companies and uses yet
would be horrible for other companies.

Some companies like Ni-Pd, and some like other finishes.
