Many PCB manufacturers have completed the IPC 1710 MQP form and have it
available for their customers upon request.

To supplement the antidotal information (what they say they are capable of
producing) in the IPC 1710 MQP document, I encourage you to also use the
demonstrated capabilities, quality and reliability information that is
contained in the IPC PCQR2 Database; go to www.pcbquality.com for more
information.

I am looking for information on the 1710 MQP form. Has any one used this
form? Has anyone sent this to the board manufacturers that you use and have
they returned it filled out? Also, we use overseas board houses that are
managed by a central company, how do you qualify them? Any information would
