The Mil Spec 883e Method 2010.10 paragraph 3.1.3 i Figure 2010.23
specifies cracks and chipping on the edge of a die.
Does anybody know the origins or basis of this criteria? Or what
conditions it is trying to prevent?
In addition there is no criteria for the length of the chipping along the
edge of x, y axis/edges. Should there be?
