Thanks for the feedback.

Graham,
Regarding my contact with the MUST manufacturer, it seems to me that I got
the wrong manufacturer name while searching the internet for "Wetting
Balance, MUST II". That explains why I did not receive an answer. Hope I did
not offend you or your company.
