Hi All,

Is "R&R" evaluation applicable to "Wetting Balance" and "Omegameter"?

I'm trying to convince my customer that the R&R evaluation is applicable to
gauges only and not equipment like "Wetting Balance" and "Omegameter", where
the results are printed out and the operator does not read a scale to get
the result. I mentioned that proper calibration is enough to ensure accurate
readings, but the customer would like my company to use R&R evaluation.

I have tried to get information from the manufacturer of the "MUST" wetting
balance, who took over from "Multicore", but so far there is no response.

Sherif Refaat, Eng.
