I think the information you are looking for is covered in
IPC/WHMA-A-620, Section 4.8.2 

You are referring to a SINGLE turn on a pin which is presumably then
soldered into place as opposed to 5 turns of a 30 AWG wire on a square
pin which would then be a "solderless wire wrap termination".

Is there any requirement for the amount of solder needed to be
acceptable around a pin that has one turn of wire around it. Is this
listed in IPC.
