Assuming the body temp is ~36°C, the vapour pressure is ~40 mm Hg, so my 
guess is that, if the extracorporal pressure is less than that, you'd 
boil and die of massive embolisms caused by vapour locks, although your 
lungs may turn inside out first. I don't think explosion is a option, 
although, if you excuse my being crude, you may fart so much that the 
jet propulsion effect will send you out of orbit :-)
