Doesn't SIR equipment "read-out" in milligrams of Sodium Chloride?
If so, it occurs that you could do your own calibrating by simply
putting in fresh test solution, and then adding your own carefully
measured Sodium Chloride.. and seeing what they read? You might even be
able to get some unwitting chemical vendor, like one of those in
California, to make you up a standard solution of Sodium Chloride, so
you simply add a known volume to your test juice. Or am I confused on
the SIR function?
