Stephen,

Without know how the actual symbols in PCB package are designed...

It looks like the Autoview is not handling the rotation of the pads
associated with Q4 and Q5. Meaning that, if the pads inside of the
Q4 outline where rotated 180 degrees, the pads would look just like
the Q3 ( rotated of course).

The reason I mention the PCB package is that the three little pads and
the large pad inside the Q4 outline could be treated as one entity in
the CAD system,
instead of 4 individual entities.

I would take the example back to Autoview and ask them about the rotation.
