I don't see a problem with that requirement, assuming 1/2 ounce foil 1 ounce
finish min., drill at 18 mils, image a 24 pad at the holes, plate up to appr
4-5 mils (reducing the 18 to 14-13) in the hole (2 at each opposite wall)
maintaining a 4.5 to 5 mil pad...
