Leakage, Mr. Clark should be punished... it is not acceptable... and in 25 years, we are proud to say we have never had a leaker... but when they reject a shipment because the labels are touching each other...(Yes, this is cause for rejection!) sir, the rules need changing, this is a stupid impediment, clearly written up by someone who has serious personal problems.   It is not clear how anyone can look at themselves in the mirror if they have any part of levying fines for this sort of serious stupidity.
