Powder free Latex ones make you all sweaty when wearing & do not last too long against the edges of a board.
Powdered latex ones are similar to the above and can put powder all over the place.

Polyester ones, well isn't that a really bad static generating material?

Cotton may well be bleached & contain nasty chemicals to stain the board but are best for anti static ness.

What about Silk gloves? lol

What do we do?

It would be nice to know the best answer to this problem as we too are moving to mainly 
immersion silver coatings to be lead free.

 Most of the answers given are from PCB manufacturers, where ESD is not a consideration. What gloves hould be used in the assembly house before and after the reflow?
