We use a nylon glove for all IS, IT and gold finishes as well as other
areas where handling is critcal.

I believe we purchase these from Mastermans. http://www.mastermans.com
They are low cost, breath well and are operator friendly.

Subject: [TN] Gloves for handling Immersion Silver finished boards

Hi Technet,

Can anyone share what type of glove should be used when
handling immersion silver boards?

If the immersion silver manufacturers say that rubber bands are
detrimental to the IAg finish, would latex gloves be bad also?
Are cotton gloves the answer? Is there another type of glove that
is better?

I have not been able to identify exactly what glove to use.
Or, maybe the type of glove is not even an issue?

Thanks in advance,

Kaye Clayo
