Kaye,

I would not recommned handling any PCB with cotton gloves.  Those type of
gloves go through a bleaching process that may potentially have a chlorine
material remaining in them. Additionally, they have a tendency to leave
fibers behind on PCB's that may be conductive.  I would suggest either a
powder-free vinyl glove or Nitrile glove for handling your PCB's.
