Who says your LEAD FREE solder connections are OK? IPC-A-610 sets the standard for electronic assemblies and is the most widely-used assembly standard in the world. With its comprehensive illustrations and explanations of acceptability criteria, it has become an essential part of any assembly operation's quality program. IPC-A-610D, with over 700 full-color illustrations, reflects the industry's need to identify process indicators as well as understanding the differences between acceptable and defect conditions. This standard fully complements the material and process requirements of IPC J-STD-001.
