Thanks,

Neat many of us have seen these reports on their reference list and even
many of the names. If they waited a little they could have even referenced
the IEEE's recent Whiskers special publication.

The AF and the other branches have a real problem as we look into the
future. A long time ago they went with COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) to
reduce cost, other, and supply function and may now have to get back into
many of their older practices.
