A little update on my previous note. Hopefully you found by now 13Feb2005
in the Directive.
If you look at the latest TAC meeting unofficial notes from DTI
(2005.04.28) the Commission sent out a bid request (an invitation to
tender) sometime in March and expects to contract with someone pretty soon.
