I am sure this question has arose, I may have missed the discussion.
The WEEE directive requires producers to mark electrical and electronic
equipment put on the market after 13 August 2005 with a 'crossed-out wheeled
bin' symbol.
What is the definition of the statement "put on the market"?
--The date of actual release for sale of a product?
--or--
--The date of sale in a member state?
--or--
--The date of manufacture?
yours in bewilderment
