Hi IPC LF Listservers,

Gee I am having a problem posting again, or the listserver is slow at this
hour in the morning.

Another place for updated Tin Whiskers information is the iNEMI site that
has two May 2005 updates. iNEMI released, as promised, their previous
advisement document as a JEDEC standard. What is nice about going in
through NEMI is that you don't have to sign on to JEDEC to get the pdf.

JEDEC Standard JESD22A121, “Test Method for Measuring Whisker Growth on Tin
and Tin Alloy Surface Finishes,” published May 2005 (based on
recommendations of the iNEMI Tin Whisker Accelerated Test Project)

Reliability Products (Version 3, updated May 2005), iNEMI Tin Whisker User
