Hi Phil, IPC LF Listservers,
I would tend to expect that you are having a problem with your supplier
that is putting on the ENIG. Reading a bit about this recent problem,
called Black Pad, is only one idea.
For most fluxes, today and where we are going, your experience seems highly
irregular from a flux standpoint.
