One of the other reasons to start in Jan is
I would guess so.
One of the other reasons to start in Jan is it keeps the reporting which
has to be made calendar annual - starting in mid Aug always seemed an
odd time to start.

Hi Chris, John, IPC LF Listservers,
Chris, I am guessing that when the GB (UK) legislation is written and
official in Jan 2006 it will still have 13 August 2005 in the body of
the
legislation as the product dating structure. Back Dating so to speak.
A little odd yet I don't see how they can do anything different.
Is this how you also see it??
