Thanks for the illuminating link to Times Online. I think that "dead" is a journalistic
exaggeration. There will be another EU constitution.
But the will to enforce the unenforceable has been weakened---RoHS?
There are plenty of sensible people in France and in Europe beside the AEA Europe who will
fight to amend the misguided measure and send it back also for reconsideration.
The sun will come up tomorrow.
