Steve,

we are soldering tons of these every day, with no issue. And they do not skew, maybe because the design has the middle pad (centering board). They wet properly, but I am only talking of commercial grade products that only see burn-in.

And an NTC solution for your problem, if you want them on the board after HASS, solder them manually after HASS...
