My condolences, also. I'm not concerned right now with a ban on Rodentrium but the impact the RoHS Directive is going to have on the electronic industry. Complying with the Pb restriction portion of the RoHS Directive is going to drive up everyone's expense and some companies may even go out of business. That wouldn't be to hard to justify if there was a benefit associated along with it. However, I just can't see that the work is going to be a safer, healthier place to live once we stop producing electronics that contain Pb.

Mornin' all ya'll!
Came back in this morning and looked at the fabs that I posted about
yesterday some more. We're going to reject them.
Not just because of the mousebites on the annular pads, but we've
discovered that there are mousebites all over everything. In some
cases reducing the trace widths.
Take a look at; "Mousebites 1-4" at: http://www.stevezeva.homestead.com
If it were just the annular pads, we might have accepted them. But not with
them occuring all over the fab like this.
