UL2950, EN60950 are for Telecom. Other standards are relevant to other products. for telecom other requirements can be found in Network Attachment standards. In short - consult an expert: the issue is too sensitive to make it unprofessionally. If you have not tested your product exactly as needed then you may be exposed to liability claims.

There must be dozens, one or two for each country.
One very well known is Underwriters Lab: www.ul.com 
Germany has Deutsches Institut fur Normung (DIN): there are lots of them
UK got Bureau of British Standards: there are lots
you have these : ANSI, CENELEC, CEE, IEC, EIA, and lots lots more.
Not to speak about the MIL, NASA etc standards
hope you will find your way in the jungle.
 
I would start with Underwriters Lab, which is much used cross the globe.
