Hi Ahne!
I'm able to access it now, but I find it very suprising
that the IPC is restricting access to their web page for
IPC members only.
Did someone at IPC really tell you that?

I was told that even though I am a member of the Designers Council (and
user
of the Technet) I have no access to the IPC website because my company is
not a member of IPC. Once your company is a member of the IPC (for a mere
$1000.-/year) all employees have access to the interior of the IPC website.
Too bad, but I will remain just a Designer Coucil member and put any higher
aspirations on hold.
