We're completing installation of our ENIG line in the next week or two and
I've read much data on this process (processing, inspection, quality,
testing, etc) and was wondering what non-standard data each of you might
have come across that I can review.

We have all experienced the supplier's data not reflecting real-world
conditions and I hope to learn "the rest of the story" from those of you
that have lived it.

What I'm looking for are data relating to testing of the bath and finished
product, and tools, techniques, methods, software, etc that can assist in
collecting and analyzing these data.any information would be helpful.

And.talk has died down over the months regarding black pad.is this really an
issue that has been put to bed???

Regards,

Franklin
