Whew, that was a close call....!
Allowing a new "labels required" specification to be released without its
own label is a paradox that could have brought down western civilzation!

Now that is funny, at one company I worked at, the DVA process required a
label with a number on it, so DVA 1234 made the change and DVA 1235 allowd
DVA 1234 and 1235 NOT to have a label fitted!!
