Without our vacuum sealer we could not make voidfree solder joints. From 1 KW HEX FET chips to mini GaAs RF IC chips, many need best possible heat conduction path to the heat spreader (carrier). The vacuum sealer is a good machine for that purpose. Disadvantage: very expensive. At least the one we have. Will never pay off. But we had no choice....

        I would like to have some hint about vacuum sealer.  Some have a vacuum chamber other haven't.  What is the best.  Does the one for food ro medical are the best? I'll appreciae any tought on it.
