I would like to thank all of you that responded through the forum or directly to me and for the benefit of some I would like to summarize what I learned from asking what is being done out there.
1. Dendrites can not grow under CC unless there is a separation between the boards and the CC and there is ionic contamination. ( Tin Whiskers is another matter ).
2. There is no need to reclean the boards for the sake of cleaning ness as long as the board is kept in a bag. It needs to be reclean after about a week because oils from the solder mask surface in such an amount that it affects adhesion.
3. Baking the board after it dries the surface and under components speeds up the oil surfacing.
4. It is recommended to clean in alcohol after a bake and air dry to remove solder mask oils
5. Air moisture does not affect adhesion since most CCs are permeable.
Best Regards,
Ramon

Question to the forum:
What is the time window between cleaning/bake dry
and Conformal Coating? I hear from 32 hours to indefinite. What is your
experience?
