I do not know what happened to the posts I just sent, so starting new.

We are enquiring to the source of the "Strange Capacitor" picture, and the original email was passed around as a warning to engineers that all their good work could be damaged by bad parts.

I tried to include most of the original email in Chinese with rough translation in the last postings, which may have caused the messages to fail.
