Hello T'Netters,
Can anyone provide guidance concerning the current carrying capacity
of 2 oz. copper on 0.062-inch double sided FR-4?
Which IPC document(s) address this? For designs "without closely spaced
conductors", what current can 2 oz. copper carry?
Thanks for any input.
Regards,
Mike
