This will sound too simple, but I get the same thing in my dishwasher at
home. I use plain white vinegar. Now at work in our inline I buy descaler. I
have used a couple of different brands but currently use one from Interflux.

Can anyone recommend some type of De-scaler product for our in-line washer.
We have been accumulating a white powdery substance which I understand is a
by product of the Kester 2224-25 Flux.
