I say:
First to freeze is the anti-freeze, because you would expect that to be
last
2nd is road salt, because you use it to melt ice so you also expect it to
be last, but not as last as antifreeze
Last is the sugar, because you'd expect it to be first, what with us all
having eaten a popsicle or two

As you can tell, I'm not exactly Mr.Science..... but I think it's right
'cause my nose won't stop bleeding.
