How long does it need to adhere?  What temperature range will this be used
in?  If there is much of a range of temperatures, the differential expansion
might cause any adhesive to fail.  You might have better luck with a thicker
adhesive film such as 3M VHB, as is used to adhere body side moldings to
cars.  I don't know how well this would adhere to Delrin, though.  The
thicker film (usually a foam-type material) absorbs much of the differential
expansion, allowing both materials to remain bonded over wider temperature
ranges.
