I am still looking for a Senior Process (not Mfg.) Engineer to come to L.A.
area for an exciting MEMS/Semiconductor startup company.  I need to find
someone with 5+ years experience in fine-pitch wirebonding, and z-axis tape
(Anisotropic Conductive Film)/BEOL.  Why are these people so hard to find?
Anybody have any clues, or at least explanations?  Resumes may be sent
