Listservers,

I think we are pretty much done with this topic that Chris started in a
very polite and informative manner with links to Electronics Weekly. Our
group and individual blood boils only so much and then we move on.. to the
next boiling / interesting / learning point.

Here is another link to an article on this topic of "eyes say it is as good"

Now I can guess why Motorolla stopped at 245 peak temperature since they
wish to compete, not change laminates, yet my point is that in their tests
they showed that they were dealing with a Lead Free difficulty and we do
see some visual "eyes have it" images of non coalessence.

Again with Circuits Assembly, just like with Tin Kay's LeadFree Soldertec,
and even here on the IPC LF site you need to get a sign in to view the
content or to contribute.
