Hi Harvey,
No, I am not keeping track of the "administrative" side of RoHS—I have enough 
to do on the technical side. As the facts sink in what the costs of this—I am 
looking unsuccessfully for a fitting word—insanity and environmental disaster 
are, I sure more and more requests for exemption will appear. BUT, even if 
you are exempt, where are you getting your non-LF components from?
I applaud your optimism, but I am afraid at this time it would take somebody 
blowing up the tracks to derail this crazy LF-train. Unfortunately, it is the 
inmates that run the EU insane asylum.
