Yes, of course. Read it with as critical an eye as you apply to the arguments favoring coerced recycling. Check the facts and challenge the arguments. I encourage you to post any flaws you find. Particularly since there's been a whole lot more written in favor of forcing people to pay to recycle than opposing it, this point of view deserves to be heard - even if you are suspicious of the author's affiliation.
