Steve, it will not affect your end item impedance as long as you have not
processed the product as a full body ENIG and then put mask over the top. If
there is soldermask over ENIG which is not recommended due to adhesion
issues you will have to model the thickness and Dk of your soldermask. The
nickel will have an affect on the prop delay depending on frequency which is
more of an issue for your customer at the system level.
