Accuracy can be increased by processing several of small items at a time to increase the total area.

Can't answer for the Omega Meter, but for the Contaminometer, our rule
of thumb was that accuracy started to diminish below ~˝ dm˛/l, mweasured
on one side of the board. However, it is probable that this instrument
had a much more sensitive conductivity meter, than the resistivity meter
of the OmegaMeter, so this figure may not be comparable.
