Hi,
Does anyone have any information or know where I should look to find something about how to fasten wires (solid and/or stranded) to relay sockets? Is there a rule of thumb here? One person I know says that if the wires are solid it is ok to clamp under screw or metal plate, but if they are stranded I should use a crimp lug and fasten the lug with the screw. In other words, crimp lug if stranded, under screw or clamping plate if solid. I would like to know where to look for information on this.
Thanks,
Bill Mengers
