Naren,

The IPC Designers Council will be having Certification workshops using the
CID study guide followed by the exam at some major events this year... If
you can arrange to be there you can take the certification exam at that
time.
Usually we need to have at least 15 people here in the U.S. sign up for a
workshop in order to send out an Instructor onsite... we have some
instructors in Australia and other places that might be able to make the
journey to India but they may require more than 15 to help cover the
costs...
