Looks not too bad. However:
1.      Availability of laminates of 0.5oz/1oz is lower than 0.5/0.5 or
1/1. Not a show stopper, but check with the PCB manufacturer.
2.      Regarding controlled impedances - 
        *       Some of the laminate depth are not standard - some
adjustments will be made by the PCB shop.
        *       Although the nominal Dk is 4.3, the final one will be
0.5 unit less (3.8 to 3.9). Allow the PCB shop to adjust the traces
geometry, but keep an eye to ensure that no safety hazards (due to
possible changes of the stack up or shrink of the spaces between the
lands) or EMC/Signal integrity problems (due to reduction of the traces
and enhancement of the skin effect) are placed.
