Senior Process Engineer
Come work for a young energetic startup that is applying advanced
microfabrication technologies to the semiconductor MEMS industry.
The candidate must show excellent technical capabilities along
with strong leadership and management skills.  We are located in the greater
Los Angeles area.


Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for advanced process development for the company’s
new semiconductor MEMS product lines.
· Responsible for advanced process development for the company’s new
product lines.
· Understands fine pitch wirebonding, dicing, and C4 flip-chip die
attach, ACF (z-axis tape).
· Must have experience with PCB, ceramics, and flex circuit assembly.
· Supports development engineering for scaling up processes for
manufacturing.
· Documents and maintains new processes.
· Trains operators.

Qualifications
· MS or higher in physics, EE, materials science, or related fields.
· 5+ years of experience in back-end wafer processing including
automated wirebonding, dicing, chemical mechanical polishing (CMP),
IC/MEMS/flex circuit assembly.
· Proven problem solving abilities and a track record of successful
projects.
· Strong hands on skills working with back-end processes, equipment,
and process control.

Manufacturing Manager (MEMS)
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a group of manufacturing operators and
technician in a clean room environment.
· Develops various production related schedule for the assigned
production
area taking into account customer commitments, equipment & material
supplies.
· Responsible for manufacturing cycle time, On-time delivery, yield
and mfg
cost.
· Built a culture based on respect and ownership.
· Support continuous improvement activities by working in a team
concept
with the manufacturing engineering group.
· Support development engineering for scaling up processes for
manufacturing.
· Develops and manages operating plans, budget, procedures, equipment
maintenance and training programs to ensure efficiency and consistency of
the production operation.


Qualifications
· BS or higher in Chemical engineering or related fields
· 8+ years of manufacturing experience in electrochemical processing
(plating) and lithography.
· 5+ years in a manufacturing management position
· Experience in manufacturing product in a clean room environment
· Has a good understanding of theory of constraint and capacity
management
· Understands SPC and problem solving technique such as 8D, 6 sigma to
champion improvement activities, and a track record as a leader in high
yield and quality

Preferred: ISO 9001 practice, clean room experience.

Senior Photolithography /Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for photolithography process for the company’s new
semiconductor MEMS product lines.
· Responsible for manufacturing support and continuous improvement for
photolithography process used in the production of the company’s product
lines.
· Understands all the related processes of polymer application,
exposition
and develop.
· Understand and uses SPC to control processes and solve processing
problems.
· Supports development engineering for scaling up processes for
manufacturing.
· Document and maintain new processes and tooling.
· Trains operators.
· Qualifies photolithography processes and tools to manufacturing
site.
· Define inspection criteria and establish yield improvement plan

Qualifications
· BS or higher in chemical/mechanical engineering.
· 5+ years of manufacturing experience in electronic photolithography
process both in hard contact and off contact equipment.
· Experience in controls related to high yield manufacturing of
photolithography.
· Proven problem solving abilities and a track record as a leader in
high
yield and quality.
· Hands on individual capable of troubleshooting processes

Preferred: Experience with small features exposition and develop on polymer,
MEMS microfabrication, experience in clean room manufacturing and ISO 9001
practice, 6 sigma knowledge and 8D are a +.
