Stencil contamination is a likely answer, certainly tape would be a fast fix
and maybe the long term cure also.
You might like to be aware that some suppliers have solder paste that
fluoresces brightly under UV. This gives a simple and fast means of spotting
this into all areas of the board (where the solder will reflow into balls)
and helps determine good reflow profiles and best practice to eliminate the
spotting.

Dear J.Janoch,

These spots are came probably due to the improper cleaning of the stencil
during the past printing process.

It can be avoided by the proper cleaning of the stencil by a lint free
clothe from bottom sideand make sure that no particle of solder paste should
be there.

or

cover the gold contact area by Kapton tape before the past printing and
remove it latter on.
