Joe,

use pieces of covercoat material, it is polyimide with acrylic adhesive
on it, re-press it over the torn area's.

Anyone have a recommendation about an epoxy or other adhesive to

bond small tears in flex?  Of course, these would be tears that don't

extend into conductors.  The material should allow some bend when

cured.
