        In a previous life, I worked at the EMPF and while I was there we developed the electronics manufacturing boot camp.  It covered what you are looking for and a whole lot more.  I have no idea if they are still offering this course, but I think they list the courses offered on there web site.  There address is http://www.empf.org/html/empfset.htm.
