I want to purchase a QP242 to place QFP's and Full Field BGA's from Trays, with a MTU Feeder unit.  Does anyone have any experience with this piece of equipment they could share?  My SMT line is all Fuji and this would be a good addition to our IP flexible placer.  
 
It would enable me to offload all the BGA's and odd shaped components to the QP machine. Only the programs where I move the components to the other machine would be affected.  Any information on the QP series machines would be greatly appreciated.
