Werner,
As our current PCBs contained prohibited substance (bromide) even though
they are Tg of 170C or more, do we have to do anything on our end besides
changing the fab notes asking them to use Td of 350 C or greater and Tg of
170 or greater? Should we leave everything to fab house? What are the pros
and cons of Halogenfree boards from current bromide containing boards? Any
inputs will be highly appreciated.

Hi Ken,
A Td of >=330C is good advice; Tg=145 is fine for thinner PCBs, of you have
high aspect ration PCBs you are better served with Tg>160C, particularly if
any
manual soldering processes are involved..
